Shipping Info

We are unable to ship any items before the full payment (including shipping) has been made. The payment will be fully debited at the time of order processing.

We aim to ship non bespoke items within 2 working days.

All bespoke items will take longer and vary from product to product, please check item descriptions for specific info.

We do not ship over the weekends, any orders placed past 2PM GMT on Friday will be dispatched by the next post the following Monday.

A delivery fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the goods purchased. The delivery fee in respect of your order with us will be advised to you at the time your order is made.

In any event, delivery will be made within 14 days of your order, unless stated otherwise.

Once the item is shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to accept the delivery. If you miss your delivery, please follow the instructions that are sent via SMS or on the card left at your door to follow up with the relevant postal service.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Any orders received will be acknowledged by email confirmation, and you will receive tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. If you do not receive an order confirmation or tracking details via email, please check spam and contact us for more information at hello@ghinou.com

Customs Clearance and Fees

International orders may be subject to the payment of import duties and taxes. You are responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes on the delivery of your order (DAP). Please note that this could involve some delay of the parcels, as the goods retained and checked at customs are outside of our control. If you do not accept the customs clearance, the product will be returned to the sender destination, and shipping costs will be non-refundable.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our planners. We do understand that things may shift around during the shipping process and can accommodate on a case by case basis. Please email us directly if you have received a damaged, incorrect, or missing good.
